There is more pressure to show results and demonstrate effectiveness for everyone in the workplace learning field. How can you take more of a performance focus if you are limited in what you can do or in the range of solutions you can provide? In this session, you will see how a range of roles, which can be very narrow or are not traditionally considered performance consulting roles, can take more of a performance function. This session is aimed at individuals who have little experience with performance consulting or want to learn how their existing function can be more performance focused. This session is very hands-on with lots of practical application and tools.
