Michael Shebe is the director of Shared HR Group Services at Würth Group North America Inc., part of the German-based Würth Group that employs roughly 87,000 employees globally. In his more than 10 years in HR, organizational development, and learning and development, Michael has had the opportunity to build up several L&D initiatives within a global organization, working both in Europe and the United States. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisville in Kentucky.
