- For ATD Members: We've created a new research resource for finding research articles in L&D and beyond. Explore the SciLearn home page and click around on the Research Resource widget. For those of us who stay on the lookout for numbers to support our processes, this widget lists a number of articles, curated by me, on the topics of learning & memory, organizational dynamics, performance & motivation, and translating research into practice. There are also several hand-picked reports and articles that discuss core knowledge for L&D practitioners and tackle key issues such as use of technology and project management.
