Joe Willmore is President of the Willmore Consulting Group.  He has served on the ATD Board of Directors and is the author of numerous pblications including:  Job Aid Basics, Performance Basics, No Magic Bullet--7 steps to better performance, and Managing Virtual Teams.  He's a performance consultant who has worked with a wide range of clients around the globe and was formerly Chapter President of the Metro DC Chapter of ATD.
