Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. Hired on with Omaha Public Power District in 1989 as Administrative Clerk, but later decided to pursue a career in Human Resources Management through Bellevue University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in 1997.

Angela received a Master of Science degree in Adult Education, Training & Organizational Development from Drake University in 2005.

In 2006, Angela returned to Bellevue University as an Adjunct Professor teaching Human Resources Management until 2015, while working simultaneously in other roles such as Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Manager.

The majority of Angela’s career has been in supporting management, employees and the organization in areas of training, employee development, recruitment, and employee relations.

In August 2020, Angela was afforded the opportunity to transfer into the role of Sr. Diversity & Inclusion Consultant where she supports and help educate on the importance of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
