- Become certified Improvement Advisor

- Earned my certification in Instructional Systems Design

- Held positions of Manager of Training, Facilitator, Curriculum Designer and Recruiter within the airline and medical industry

- Developed several programs and curriculum including: diversity and outreach programs, restructuring new hire on-boarding procedures as well as designing tools used for Recruiters and HR Consultants

-Provided oversight for on-the-job training of all probationary personnel and support for all problem-solving; including customer related issues along with technical problems

- Established credibility and strategic resolve through teamwork development while improving processes, performance, and operational problems
