- Held positions of Manager of Training, Facilitator, Curriculum Designer and Recruiter within the airline and medical industry
- Developed several programs and curriculum including: diversity and outreach programs, restructuring new hire on-boarding procedures as well as designing tools used for Recruiters and HR Consultants
